In my previous post I talked about how to lose muffin top fast. I that post I also talked about how I personally spent a lot of time and effort doing muffin top exercises and how I even tried (and wasted money) on magic diet pills that did absolutely nothing to help me to lose muffin top long term.

Now I’m about to say something that will shock some people….just sweating it out doing exercises for muffin top issues will not work! You can spend 7 days a week for months doing the suggested muffin top exercises mentioned on other websites but guess what my friend, after all that sweating you will still be left with your muffin top.
